The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy

In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email within seven (7) days of the date you received the product. In order for your refund to be processed the request must be made within seven (7) days of the date you received the product. You will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact support@ebooksnstuff.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
